The short version

Hiree may use Google AdSense to display clearly labelled advertising. No advertiser pays to influence a calculator's formula, a guide's conclusion or our editorial standards. We do not currently use affiliate links or paid rankings.

How we handle advertising

Ad serving is currently disabled while the site is prepared for review. Ownership verification does not mean approval. We will complete the appropriate consent setup before enabling advertising.

• Any advertisement will be clearly labelled as an ad.
• Any affiliate link will be disclosed at the point of the link.
• Paid content will never influence a calculator's formula, a guide's conclusion, or our sourcing standards. Editorial and commercial content will always be separated.
• This page will be updated if our advertising or affiliate practices materially change.

How the site is funded

It is a small independent project funded by its creators and, where enabled, advertising revenue. Our priority is keeping the calculators free, practical and unbiased.
