The short version: our calculators do not send your figures to us. We have no accounts or sign-ups. Google Analytics loads only after you accept optional cookies in the privacy banner; declining them does not affect the calculators or editorial content.
1. What we collect
We do not offer accounts or comment systems. Calculator inputs are processed locally. Contact emails contain the information you choose to send. Hosting logs and optional Google services may process technical information, as described below.
2. How our calculators work
Every calculator runs entirely in your browser. The numbers you type are processed on your own device and are never transmitted to our servers or anyone else's.
3. Website hosting
This site is hosted by a third-party provider. Like virtually every website on the internet, the provider's servers may automatically record basic technical logs such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, for security and reliability purposes. Our server may retain access and error logs for those purposes; we may inspect them when diagnosing outages or abuse. Do not include personal financial information in URLs.
4. Cookies and advertising
Advertising is currently disabled. Google Analytics loads only after you choose “Accept optional cookies” in the privacy banner. If you choose “Continue without them”, we do not load Analytics, and the calculators and editorial pages remain available. Google and its partners may use cookies to measure usage and provide ads, including ads based on a visitor's previous visits to this and other websites. 5. Email
If you email us, we use your address only to reply to you. We never add you to mailing lists. Our email provider processes messages to deliver and store correspondence; we do not sell email addresses or use support messages for advertising.
6. Third-party services
Fonts are self-hosted. Apart from our hosting provider, Google Analytics and Google advertising services when ads are enabled, we do not embed social-media widgets or data-broker services. Google's handling of information is described in theGoogle Privacy Policy.
7. Children's privacy
Our site is intended for general audiences and we do not knowingly collect information from children. Please avoid sending children's personal information in contact emails.
8. Changes
If this policy ever changes, the "last updated" date above will change and we'll explain what changed. Review this page for the services used and the choices available to you.
